Unified Patents is seeking prior art for claim 1 of US 9,484,077, owned and asserted in multiple district court cases by TMI Solutions, LLC. The '077 patent generally relates to a method and system for automated identification of users using information stored at the client device. All participants must adhere to the following conditions in order to have their submissions considered: (1) If the prior art reference is a patent, it must have a priority date before May 31, 1994. If it is a non-patent reference, it must have been publicly available before May 31, 1994. (2) The contestant must include a PDF attachment of the submitted reference(s) (with or without annotations). (3) The contestant must include a claim chart with the submitted reference(s). (4) Any response should address how the prior art discloses the identification process for users "not previously identified" to the remote computer system. Specifically, the response should identify how the prior art teaches, "receiving first user identification information over a communications network . . . for a user not previously identified to the remote computer system." (See Claim 1). (5) Finally, response should identify how the prior art teaches automated identification of users using "first user information" as well as using "first user station information" as disclosed in the '077 patent.
