Unified Patents is seeking prior art for claims 1-4 of US 9,936,086, owned and asserted in multiple district court cases by Rothschild Patent Imaging, LLC (an NPE). The '086 patent generally relates to a system and method for the wireless transfer of photos between mobile devices. All participants must adhere to the following conditions in order to have their submissions considered: (1) If the prior art reference is a patent, it must have a priority date before 2008-08-08. If it is a non-patent reference, it must have been publicly available before 2008-08-08. (2) The contestant must include a PDF attachment of the submitted reference(s) (with or without annotations). (3) The contestant must include a claim chart with the submitted reference(s). (4) Any response should specifically address how the prior art discloses "filtering the plurality of photographic images received by the image-capturing device using a criterion to determine which, if any, of the images will be transmitted to a receiving device." (5) Responses should also explain how the prior art teaches that the processor filters the images based "on topic, theme, or individual shown in the respective photographic image."
