Unified Patents is seeking prior art for claims 1-10 of US 10,394,447, owned by KCG Technologies, LLC (an NPE). The '447 patent generally relates to a virtual smart phone system for automobiles. All participants must adhere to the following conditions in order to have their submissions considered: (1) If the prior art reference is a patent, it must have a priority date before April 15, 2010. If it is a non-patent reference, it must have been publicly available before April 15, 2010. (2) The contestant must include a PDF attachment of the submitted reference(s) (with or without annotations). (3) The contestant must include a claim chart with the submitted reference(s). (4) Any response must identify where the prior art teaches that “the plurality of applications installed on the mobile phone comprises at least two applications selected from the group consisting of messages, phone call, music player, Global Positioning System, contacts, and maps.” (Claim 1). (5) The “interactive element” as recited in Claim 1 is construed to include at least “a touch screen, a button, a remote control, a mouse, touch pad, a track ball, or a microphone.” Any response should identify where the prior art discloses each of these interactive elements. (Claims 5-8). (6) Finally, any response should identify where the prior art discloses that “the mobile phone and the automobile are communicatively coupled via a wired or wireless connection.” (Claim 10).
